The Division of Operations is dedicated to providing a safe, healthy, and motivational learning environment for all students, staff, and community by supporting the School District of Clay County’s mission through a caring, effective, efficient, unified work effort. 

The Assistant Superintendent for Operations provides overall direction and organization to the areas of Attendance Boundaries, Construction Management, Custodial, Energy, Environmental, Facility Design and Construction, Facility Planning, Growth Management, Inspection, Maintenance, Intergovernmental Relations, Permitting, Plan Review, Plant Surveys, Safety & Security.
