Accommodations
If you require special accommodations, please email the CE Administrator at least 2 weeks in advance of the course offering.

Cancellation/Refund
In the event of cancellation of the program by Clay County District Schools, a full refund or a voucher for a future course will be provided for participants.
Refunds will be provided following approval of the Clay County District Schools accounts payable department.
Vouchers for future courses will be provided by the CE Administrator.

If the participant cancels registration less than one week in advance of the course offering, no refund of any paid fees will be provided.
Complaints

Participants seeking a resolution of a complaint are advised to submit their complaint by emailing the CE Administrator within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the course offering
