Today, during National Public Schools Week, Superintendent David Broskie delivered the sixth annual State of Schools Address, highlighting the A-rated achievements of #OneClay to over 150 community leaders. We thank our School Board, community partners, elected officials, and event sponsor Scorpio for their unwavering support of our schools.
This annual event would not be made possible without our student volunteers. Middleburg High’s Bloomin’ Broncos provided the floral arrangements, Ridgeview High’s culinary students prepared breakfast, and Middleburg High’s ROTC cadets presented the Colors. Senior Lindsay Gillis, chair of the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council from Fleming Island High, shared the student spotlight. With the dedication of our educators, students, parents, and community partners, the future remains bright in Clay County. #WeAreOneClay #StateofSchools
